Indie hacker Marc Lou shipped a major update to MailCheap, his newsletter tool pitched as up to 83% cheaper than beehiiv, Mailchimp and Ghost at $19/month pay-per-send pricing. New features include a help center, drag-and-drop editor, contact segments, 8 customizable themes, and realistic iPhone previews. Last 30 days: 16,737 emails delivered, 99.2% delivery rate, 0.024% spam complaints. He says the entire product was built by vibe coding: "All I do is think, prompt, think, prompt." A notable one-person-company case of shipping a full SaaS with AI.
