A 20-person company runs thousands of AI 'grandparent' bots that answer scam calls, play confused, and chat endlessly — wasting so much of scammers' time that they end up revealing their own info. The bots have stung scammers 2.5 million times, cumulatively burning about 17 years of their time. The asymmetry: scam AI must land money to win, anti-scam AI wins just by stalling.
