Letting AI run on a loop with webcams to auto-flash ESP32/M5 firmware
vincent_koc · x · 2026-11-08
Developer vincentkoc shares a hands-on automation trick: hook up multiple ESP32 and M5 Stack devices plus a few webcams, and let an AI run in a loop, watching the screens to update firmware for OpenClaw. The photos show two devices with a "Gateway offline" status and an animated lobster on screen. He says it mostly works but isn't 100% reliable yet, and suggests wiring up lots of hardware and cameras and letting the AI loop.
