FastAPI docs adopt Zensical theme and ship an official skill for AI coding agents

Sebastián Ramírez (tiangolo) announced that the docs for FastAPI, Typer, SQLModel and Asyncer now use the modern theme from Zensical.
FastAPI's site also adds a "Develop with AI" section: developers can install the official FastAPI skill for their installed version via uvx library-skills, letting AI coding agents generate code that matches the version actually in the project.
