Anthropic loses Claude Code founding product lead Catherine Wu to OpenAI

Catherine Wu, the founding product lead for Claude Code, is leaving Anthropic for OpenAI, where she will head product management for "Core Products" and work directly with Codex lead Thibault Sottiaux. She is the third person to leave Anthropic's Claude Code team in just two weeks.
