Dr Eggbot v0.2.0 adds routine health checks and daily friction-skimming for Grok bots

Developer poteto shipped Dr Eggbot v0.2.0, a third-party tool for designing and managing Grok bots, with two notable additions:
- Routine health check: scans all your routines for unused or expensive ones, offered on first add and defaulting to a weekly cadence
- Daily friction-skimming routine: customizable daily pass over recent chats across your bots to spot corrections, misunderstandings, and "not what i meant" moments, then suggests skills, bots, or routines to improve your setup
Updating requires reinstalling; the new bot can copy over relevant config before you delete the old one. The tool's design philosophy: one job per bot, explicit anti-jobs, no leftover tools.
