Open-source CodeRail lets teams share one Claude Code session from any device

- Problem: Claude Code pauses for permission before running commands; when the author was away, sessions sat idle for hours and teammates couldn't help because the session lived on his laptop.
- What CodeRail does: anyone on the team can open the same Claude Code session from a phone or browser — same context, same machine, one task; approvals arrive as push notifications.
- Architecture: a small bridge on the dev machine wraps Claude Code and relays permission prompts (code and keys stay local); a Bun + SQLite server or Cloudflare Worker routes messages, roles and an audit log; a Svelte 5 web app works on any device.
- Insight: the bottleneck wasn't the model — it was waiting for a human to click "Allow".
- Free and open source (github.com/wiva-hq/CodeRail), itself built mostly with Claude Code.
