Cartesia introduced Managed Agents, an end-to-end voice agent platform for enterprises. By co-designing its voice models and harness as one system, it offers natural conversations with built-in turn detection—no separate turn-taking model needed—and reportedly pauses and listens when interrupted. It ranks #1 on Artificial Analysis' Speech Agent Arena and ServiceNow's EVA-Bench.
