Chris Lattner announces open AI Alliance to back new accelerators and models

Chris Lattner (LLVM/MLIR creator) says AI is still in its infancy and must remain open and community-driven. He is launching a new Alliance to organize people around supporting new accelerators, new models, and new use cases, pointing to the Modular community site and open source projects for involvement.
