Row-Bot 5.1 connects local AI to 100+ apps and 40,000 MCP servers
Acceptable-Object390 · reddit · 2026-10-23
Open-source Row-Bot 5.1 unifies app discovery, connections and access controls in one Apps page: 100+ apps (GitHub, Notion, Linear, Figma, Stripe) plus 40,000 MCP server listings mirrored locally from the official registry for offline browsing, searchable by name or intent.
Per-app pages guide you through OAuth, API keys, or local server setup; one consent sheet explains where requests go, and keys stay in the system keychain. The demo shows read-only Context7 in chat, tools labeled by app, Connect cards surfaced in conversation, read vs. write tool distinction, and an in-chat dashboard whose button requires approval before saving draft orders.
Also: per-chat app selection, per-tool access control, one-switch kill for all apps. Demoed on v5.1.0 with a fresh profile running Qwen3.8 27B locally, narrated by built-in TTS.
