A screenshot reveals that IRCTC, Indian Railways' ticketing platform, offers a dedicated "Agent Login Using OTP" option at the bottom of its sign-in page, alongside an OTP-instead-of-CAPTCHA channel for visually impaired users.
The poster notes IRCTC is "ahead of the curve": while most sites still block bots with CAPTCHAs, the operator has built an official authentication path for agent-type access — a notably forward-looking design for the agent ecosystem.
