Entrepreneur pbteja1998 describes his progression with agents: from prompting, to building systems for recurring jobs, to putting agents in charge of those systems.
His workflow: for every job, he builds a system with his "chief of staff" agent in Squad, then creates a dedicated agent to own it. He now runs 1 chief of staff + 5 agents, the newest triaging feedback from Slack, email, customer calls and production logs.
Squad is an "AI teammates" product that connects to tools like email, QuickBooks and Shopify to automate invoicing, inbox triage, support and reconciliation, with humans approving sensitive actions like refund replies.
