Nous Research released an official Meshy AI plugin for Hermes Agent, tapping Meshy's MCP server for text/image-to-3D, texturing, remeshing, rigging, animation, format conversion, and 3D-print preparation.
- Desktop: generated models render inline in chat, rigged characters animate in place, and a gallery stores every model and prompt with a "Made from" history and credit chip
- Messaging apps: Hermes sends a short preview video so you can create on the go
- Cost control: every credit-spending call goes through an approval prompt with estimated cost, plus a 200-credit limit per chat
- Install: requires MESHYAPIKEY and Node.js 18+; one hermes plugins install meshy ships the pinned MCP server (@meshy-ai/[email protected]) and a meshy-3d workflow skill with routing rules and scenario playbooks
