Ligura launches remote MCP server for cross-app AI memory across Claude, ChatGPT and Grok
juliarmg · reddit · 2026-10-14
The author launched Ligura, a remote MCP server that gives AI apps a shared place to save and retrieve work: pages, tables, tasks, decisions, handoffs, files, and Agent Skills in SKILL.md format, usable from Claude, ChatGPT and Grok Bot.
Key points:
- Streamable HTTP with OAuth + PKCE, no API keys
- Items carry versions and status (Draft/Current/Superseded/Archived) so later sessions know which to trust
- Example workflow: research in Claude, save the comparison to a Work, then a day later ask ChatGPT to find and continue from the latest version
- Not a chatbot, doesn't record conversations; stores Skills but doesn't run scripts
- Free plan: 250 stored items, unlimited Works and MCP connections
Setup guides exist for Claude, ChatGPT and Grok Bot; the author seeks feedback on other remote-MCP + OAuth clients.
