Chart adds ByteDance Volcano Engine and Alibaba Cloud genAI procurement, classified by AI agent

Cheryl (cherylwoooo) updated her chart tracking generative AI procurement to include ByteDance's Volcano Engine and Alibaba Cloud. Since both cloud arms also sell plain compute, she used an AI agent to classify procurement records and kept only those judged related to generative AI, making the comparison more apples-to-apples.
It's also a practical example of using agents to structure messy procurement data for tracking Chinese hyperscalers' AI spending.
