The team built an agent that converts a Reel link into a clean job post (role, company, location, experience, pay), using Hindsight for memory to detect reposts and track which creators are reliable.\n\nLessons learned:\n- One OCR pass with Hindi + English together beat separate passes on bilingual frames\n- A blank field beats a confident wrong one (a regex once named a company "hon")\n- Splitting memory into a private per-user bank and a shared source-trust bank made duplicate detection work\n- Hindsight recall queries cap at 500 tokens, so recalling with title + company worked better than full transcripts
