Claude Code 2.1.285 removes a dozen legacy models, prompt tokens jump 51%

Claude Code CLI shipped version 2.1.285 just 23 hours after the previous release:
- Added: new commands (configure, drop-worktree-registrations, test), CLAUDECODEDISABLEWEBFETCH env var to disable WebFetch, claude --desktop to open the desktop app in the current directory or a resumed session, and plugin configuration command
- Removed: over a dozen legacy model aliases including claude-1.3, claude-2.x, old claude-3 opus/sonnet snapshots, and claude-instant series
- Prompt size grew sharply: prompt files +5 (+21.7%), prompt tokens +12,566 (+51%), with system share rising from 17% to 22.7% while tools fell to 77.3%
- Bundle size shrank 598 kB (-1.1%)
