Inside ZODIAC: Octree Spine + VAE (413 meshes) + Diffusion for Shape Completion

ZODIAC builds an octree of the lumbar spine, compresses it with a VAE trained on 413 meshes, and runs a diffusion model. During sampling it blends the prediction with a noised version of the ultrasound points, keeping real bone while filling in missing parts.
