AMD and Anthropic are expanding their partnership around AI infrastructure.
- AMD says Anthropic will deploy up to 2GW of Instinct MI450 GPUs in AMD Helios systems starting in H1 2027.
- AMD also plans to invest up to $5B in Anthropic, its first equity check into the company.
- The companies say they will collaborate across Claude, ROCm, and AMD Instinct engineering.
AMD’s Lisa Su is set to speak at the Advancing AI keynote.
