Claude has added a new desktop feature called “Record a skill,” which lets users record their screen while they do a repetitive task and explain it out loud. Claude then turns the recording into a reusable skill that can be run again later.
The post says the feature is available under the + menu in the Claude desktop app. The screenshot shows the workflow for recording a skill and saving it as a reusable item.
