Instinct launches Link balance to let agents spend within set budgets

Instinct, built with Stripe and Link, launches Link balance: users add funds and set per-purchase limits so their agent can buy autonomously—snagging presale tickets, grabbing restocked shoes, or reordering coffee—without a credit card or per-purchase approval. Rolling out across the US, New York coming soon.
