GitHub Copilot app adds Projects: give it a goal and it coordinates cross-repo work

GitHub announces Projects in the Copilot app (public preview): assign a goal and Copilot coordinates work across repositories, sessions, and recurring automations. Projects can span multiple repos or repo-less tasks, with sessions, automations, and artifacts tracked in one place. Available to all Copilot plans.
