Engineer builds Promptline, a one-click prompt library app for repetitive AI workflows

A software engineer who spends more time prompting than coding built Promptline, a signed Windows-only app to eliminate repetitive "bureaucracy talk" in AI coding sessions.
- Provides a prompt library popup and manager with one-click pasting, parameterized prompts (clipboard can serve as a parameter to wrap whatever you copy), and fill-in parameters at paste time
- Also works for managing skills and commands; the author says it's become one of his most-used tools
- Built with Figma MCP for UI, iterating on design tokens with Claude, and the tech stack chosen by Fable; backlog and roadmap were managed in md files
- Open source on GitHub, installable via winget install AlpaslanBek.Promptline
