Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong now runs one always-on lead agent per focus area overseen by a chief-of-staff agent; each lead manages sub-agents that write code, test, chase reviews, and coordinate. Everything needing his decision flows into one prioritized queue (a simple local web app) with screenshots and demo videos per review, cleared in batches via voice and shortcuts. Responder Max Petrusenko offers a caveat: one queue fixes context switching, but if leads refill it faster than you clear it, the backlog becomes the new overhead.
