Rebuilding a portfolio with a small team of Claude Code agents and handover files

A Webflow developer rebuilt his own portfolio site using a small team of Claude Code agents as a real-project test.
Core setup:
- Instead of one long session, work was split across code / copy / 3D / brand agents, each with its own folder and a continuously updated handover file
- A new session reads one handover file to know where things stand, no re-explaining
- Biggest lesson: early mess came from two agents touching the same file; clear ownership is key
- Human makes stack/architecture/production calls and reviews everything before shipping
Final stack: Astro + MDX, three.js, GSAP, Lenis, deployed to Cloudflare Workers; staging deploys on every push, main only manually. He asks the community how they stop multi-agent overwrites.
