Perplexity CEO Arav Srinivas shares a daily Teammate agent workflow: when headhunters send unnamed candidate profiles, his agent uses Perplexity's people-search-sdk to identify who the person is, scores and filters them against internal hiring needs, and drafts an outbound message to contact them directly — cutting out the middleman. He claims it works with 100% accuracy.
