Copilot CLI v1.0.108-1 fixes Grok PDF attachments and sandbox MCP path handling

GitHub released Copilot CLI v1.0.108-1 with two fixes:
- PDF attachments: on Grok 4.7 and Grok 4.6, PDF attachments now fall back to file references instead of failing the turn.
- Sandbox + MCP: with the sandbox enabled, a running local MCP server is restarted after /cd, so it follows the new directory's denied paths rather than those of the directory the session left.
