Glance brings a Dynamic Island to Mac that reacts to Codex agents
SeveralWallaby2184 · reddit · 2026-11-07
A developer built Glance, bringing the Dynamic Island experience to macOS: the notch lights up subtly as Codex agents work, finish tasks, or need attention—no more window-switching to check on agents. It also includes Murmur, a fully local voice dictation feature that works anywhere on the Mac, and supports MacBooks, iMacs, and Macs without a physical notch. The author is still tuning the balance between presence and distraction.
