GioeleZardini · x · 2026-11-07
A new textbook, Principles of Robot Autonomy, co-authored by MIT assistant professor Gioele Zardini and Stanford's Marco Pavone along with former lab members, combines classical robotics with modern AI. It is available in print and free online, based on Pavone's Stanford course running since 2017, and is already used in MIT courses on sensing, intelligent systems, and compositional system design.
