A developer released OpenMontage (AGPL-3.0), a self-hosted AI studio for short dramas that uses your own ComfyUI as the image/video backend.
- Pipeline: one-line idea → script → characters → scenes → props → storyboard → voice → edit
- Character consistency: reference assets are reused across shots
- Deployment: Docker Compose, works with any OpenAI-compatible LLM
- Media backends: your own ComfyUI or paid Seedream/Seedance APIs
The project is on GitHub with a live demo; the author is soliciting feedback on the deployment setup.
