A new open-source project, wolkaraforever, runs "WoW Forever" locally on iPad, enabling perpetual World of Warcraft gameplay.
WolkaraForever is a productized layer on top of WoW Forever: it downloads, verifies, updates, and launches the client, then supplies the launcher, touch and controller interfaces, voice input, add-on tooling, UI recovery, and diagnostics. The repo has 770 commits, ships an AGENTS.md and extensive engineering configs, with a wiki and compatibility docs; a fork adapts it for iPhone (Duo).
