Solo dev builds pcbang.io, a 3D virtual internet cafe, from scratch with Opus 5.5

A Reddit user shipped pcbang.io, a multiplayer virtual internet cafe where people browse the web and play games together in a 3D space. The project stalled under GPT 5 last year, but was rebuilt from zero and released with Opus 5.5 over a few weeks at medium effort.
What the model built:
- A virtual Windows XP PC with Internet Explorer
- Full 3D PC cafe scene with sourced assets
- A browser extension to surf any site inside the virtual PC
- Playable arcade and console games, a YouTube-streaming TV
- Full multiplayer and streaming infrastructure
The author says Opus 5.5 is the first model that genuinely "gets my intent", still needs multiple prompts but far fewer than before, and that it's hard to go back to Codex.
