Apple adds subscription retention messages to ASC API; CLI support ships same day

Apple has added retention messages and retention offers to the App Store Connect API, letting developers show custom messages and offers when users start canceling a subscription.
The App Store Connect CLI 6.5.0 shipped support the same day: asc subscriptions retention-messages create covers creation, per-locale localizations, Asset Library images, assignment to subscriptions, and review submission — up to 10 messages per app.
