Agent clicked Delete, tool said OK, record survived: a caught-click bug

A developer shares a demo agent failure: it clicked "Delete Record", the click tool reported success, but the record was still there—a leftover file dialog had intercepted the click. The fix: close lingering dialogs first, then act and verify the record count. A classic case of "tool success ≠ actual effect" in GUI agents.
