Priors adds best-quote routing for stock tokens via Rialto, with MCP access for agents

- Priors now routes stock token buys for the best quote, asking both its pinned pool and Rialto (which taps Robinhood Chain pools) and taking whichever yields more tokens, with the route shown in the drawer.
- A real 5 USDG buy of ORCL got 1.13% more tokens via Rialto's route; Rialto's fee is inside its quote, Priors adds none and still pays gas across all 30 stock tokens.
- Agents can use it too: the stockbuy/stocksell MCP tools take Rialto's route when better, behind a single setting.
