Weave open-sourced Weave Checks, a tool that runs an AI agent against every pull request to enforce code standards written as plain Markdown files. The agent comments on violations (redundant comments, tautological tests, over-abstraction, dead code) and self-resolves threads once fixes land, splitting review labor: bug reviewers handle defects, Weave Checks handles repo-specific standards.
