Treat agents like new hires, not miracle workers, says Databricks user
MeetbasedPlant · reddit · 2026-11-04
A Reddit user warns that teams increasingly expect Databricks Genie Agents to navigate enterprise data with zero context curation.
Their mental model: treat the agent like a new hire. If a table has 10 date columns that even human users find confusing, you have to explain the business meaning to the agent too — proper context curation beats expecting out-of-the-box magic.
