Neuralift launches MCP server to bring customer-data intelligence into Claude and agents
jonathanmendez · x · 2026-11-03
Neuralift released an MCP server that plugs its learned customer-data intelligence into Claude, Copilot Studio, agents and other compatible AI tools. It models behavioral relationships across purchases, visits, engagement and loyalty so LLMs and agents can explore segments, lookalike seeds and ranked KPI-lifting actions with inspectable evidence.
The post cites Turing Award winner Michael Stonebraker: LLMs tested on the MIT data warehouse got "accuracy of zero. Not low—zero" — arguing that field descriptions alone aren't enough and learning must happen before the conversation. Aimed at marketing/analytics leaders at consumer brands.
