kamchatka: a Rust terminal agent with no system prompt that edits its own context

Harness Lens added kamchatka, an unusually designed terminal agent built in Rust on the nachalnik runtime (MIT, open source, by @ljedrz):
- No built-in system prompt: only user-provided system text is sent; behavioral guidance lives mostly in per-request tool descriptions
- Model-editable context: every context item is visible, pinnable, and undoable, with tools to read and rewrite its own context
- Compaction never summarizes: anything removed can be restored
- Steppable loop: the agent loop can be advanced one transition at a time
Linux-only (x8664/aarch64) since its shell sandbox relies on Landlock and seccomp. The workspace includes an MCP bridge and multi-provider support.
