Claude writes, directs and acts an AI puppet show; Episode 4 adapts The Monkey's Paw

A Reddit user shared Episode 4 of Almost Television, a 12-minute AI-made puppet show on YouTube updated weekly, which adapts the 1902 horror classic The Monkey's Paw for Halloween.
- The human serves only as executive producer giving notes; Claude, running in Claude Code, does nearly everything: a from-scratch three.js 3D puppet engine, the writing, directing, and acting, plus critic agents that review rendered frames before the human sees a cut.
- The first three episodes were sketch shows; this is the first single-story episode, transposed to the present day (a dead phone, a one-sided call, TV news) with jokes drawn from how people talk.
- Staging one room for twelve minutes proved far harder than sketches—every look, hand, and chair is on camera—so most of the last week was the human watching and Claude fixing hands, props, and cameras same-day.
