Todoist's self-healing agent auto-fixes 1 in 5 Sentry issues and opens PRs

Todoist engineer amix3k shared the company's self-healing setup: an agent monitors Sentry, spins up a sandbox when a new error arrives, fixes it, and opens a PR. Early data shows it resolves 1 in 5 issues reaching triage with very little developer involvement, and the team believes better harness work could push that much higher.
Internal docs reveal the full workflow:
- New Sentry issues hit doistbot via webhook; it checks project enablement and filter criteria.
- Matching issues go through triage using the same infrastructure as GitHub issues; a high-confidence solution triggers autofix, otherwise the issue is ignored.
- Projects define filters by issue properties — e.g. Android only acts on fatal crashes, not ANRs or warnings.
- Goal: proactive stability, addressing issues before users report them.
