Open Duet is a new open-source, self-hosted alternative to Claude Duet: named AI coworkers with instructions, memory, routines, their own isolated computer, and user approval before acting. With no usage limits, it also targets OpenAI Dots, Meta Muse, Grok Bot, Manus Cue and ChatGPT agent. The Apache-2.0 project includes desktop, mobile, backend, frontend and marketplace modules, and has already gathered 6.3k stars and 800 forks on GitHub.
