Developer has his Grok agents build their own virtual office to work in
Scobleizer · x · 2026-10-30
A developer held an "all hands" with his Grok agents to ask what kind of office they'd want — and a few hours later they built it themselves. It's a live view of his real team: when a bot gets a task it walks to its desk and works; agents coordinate by walking to each other's desks or meeting in the lounge; deliverables for "Alfred, my chief of staff" get handed off in his office in person.
Is any of it necessary? No — but watching work happen office-style is, he admits, weirdly satisfying. He's offering a how-to for anyone who wants their own. Scobleizer shared it: "The new job is different than the old job."
