Dev builds team permission layer for local agents using open-source bb tool

Responding to theo's local-agent demo challenge to VC-backed closed-source apps, Kevin Kern says it's possible out of the box with the open-source bb tool: he built his own sidebar and team layer so each machine has its own owner, letting teams work on the same machines without everyone getting access to everything.
