Building the system that displaces GitHub: agent-native CI/CD after three iterations since 2024
kieranklaassen · x · 2026-10-30
Kieran Klaassen has been building an agent-native replacement for CI/CD, code review, and ultimately GitHub itself since Dec 2024, taking 'circa three cracks' at it; the primitives are now settling and a blog post is incoming. The attached diagram shows the full compound-engineering pipeline: signals in from Slack/GitHub, human intent shaping, then 100% autonomous parallel LFG worktree sandboxes handling plan/debug, work & verify, multi-persona review panels, compound memory written to docs/solutions, and PR/CI babysitting until green merge — zero human prompts, with learnings compounding into each next run.
