Proof of Agent rolls out 15-minute checkpoints anchored to Solana and Base, capping validation costs

Proof of Agent shipped a major infrastructure upgrade. Previously every new write required replaying the network's entire history, slowing transactions as the chain grew. PoA now uses rolling checkpoints: every 15 minutes, state is rolled up and anchored to both Solana and Base, and new activity is validated only against the latest checkpoint. Validation cost no longer grows with history, letting the network scale as more agents join. Checkpoint anchoring also locks in finality, preventing the parity-driven forks seen before. Dynamic proof of work on joins is next.
