Every deleted 86,730 lines of its personal-agent product, rebuilt as one shared company agent

Every built Plus One, a personal-agent product, earlier this year — then deleted 86,730 lines of its code in May because it wasn't working. Personal bots like OpenClaw each required their own cloud computer, too high-maintenance to sustain, and most of the team abandoned theirs. The bots that survived were most useful when borrowed by others (e.g., teammates querying a bot connected to their analytics tool). The restart hinged on two changes: offloading infrastructure to Anthropic's Claude Managed Agents, and replacing the fleet of personal agents with one shared company-wide agent. A full write-up of the build process is linked.
