lee_stott · x · 2026-10-29
- Microsoft introduced the Copilot harness in Foundry Agent Service, a best-in-class multi-model harness built by the GitHub engineering team and already used across Microsoft products.
- It handles orchestration, tools, context and controls, so developers can build agents without rebuilding the execution layer.
- Devs including Microsoft's Bethany Jep say they've been trying it, with an official demo from Jeff Hollan available.
