OpenAI rolled out iMessage/RCS texting for ChatGPT's dot: send it tasks via text, photos, or voice notes and it proactively texts you updates. US Pro users only, preview stage. User nickbaumann shares a practical setup: route regular updates to ChatGPT, work stuff to Slack, and have the dot text via iMessage for anything urgent — "For any urgent matters, always prefer to send me a text via iMessage or RCS."
