Developer dSebastien shares the 7 checks he runs when creating a note: a searchable name, a type, aliases, created/updated dates, a few topic tags, a couple of links, and a link from today's daily note. Most of it is automated with templates. His Obsidian Search Handbook complete edition ships the checklist as a printable capture-time card plus 5 starter note templates.
